Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health Develop the knowledge, awareness and confidence to recognise when someone may be experiencing mental ill health and provide appropriate initial support. This 1-day regulated qualification is suitable for individuals who want to develop their understanding of mental health, as well as organisations looking to improve mental health awareness and support within the workplace. The course explores a range of mental health conditions and gives learners practical guidance on recognising potential signs, starting a supportive conversation and understanding the role of a Mental Health First Aider. Ideal for employees, managers, supervisors, HR professionals, wellbeing champions and anyone interested in developing the skills to support mental health within the workplace or community. No previous Mental Health First Aid qualification is required.
